4. Event Participation
Applications to participate as an exhibitor or travel advisor at Where on the Map — Palm Springs 2027 are subject to review and approval by the Organization Committee. Selection is based on curation criteria and does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emotions Travel Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
